Position: Junior Recruitment Specialist
Department: HR and Administrative
Reports to: Recruitment Team Leader
Areas of Responsibility Include:
Junior Recruitment Specialist responsibilities doing initial screenings and scheduling interviews. Junior Recruitment Specialist will assist other recruiters, hiring teams and candidates so the hiring process can run smoothly.
Job Role Responsibilities:
Responsible for recruitment process of new employees
Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing test results, verifying references, comparing qualifications to job requirements
Build applicant sources by checking company’s' existing applicants database, research and contact recruitment agencies, employment centers and internet sites
Arrange documents collection required for the employment
Maintain recruitment status report
Meeting high volume of high caliber candidates
Mark and record results accurately to contribute to the recruitment decision
Follow company policies and procedures
1-2 years of proven work experience as s Recruiter
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
Ability to multitask and initiate new project
Solid experience and knowledge in recruitment
Solid understanding of HR general practices and labor code
Recruitment and Job Interviewing Skills
Time management and multitasking
Decision making ability
Fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian and English.
Proficient in MS Office.
Good team player
Good with numbers and can be trusted with sensitive information
Calm, professional attitude and approach work
Reliable and trustworthy, with the ability to work unsupervised
Punctual and eager to meet deadlines
