Office Administrator ( female only with 20-28 years of old +minimum 1 year experience)

• Manage admin. purchases
• office stationery
• printing materials
• office furniture
• office equipment
• water
• provision
• household goods

- Arrange computer services;
- Check supplier invoices against purchase orders for administration charges;
- Issue of Expense Claim Forms for administration charges;
- Make travel arrangements (booking and purchase of tickets, etc.);
- Power of attorneys for car;
- Arrange accommodation for travelers (hotel booking etc.);
- Arrange airport pick-up for guests;
- Manage with the public utilities (electricity, gas, water, sewerage);
- Organize annual get – together;
- Preparing of visa documents and getting visa from embassies;
- Preparing & translation of invitation letters.

ABILITY

- Customer Focused
- Strong language skills (Azeri, Russian, English)
- Proven leadership qualities
- Minimum 1 year experience
- Hospitality experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Public speaking knowledge and experience

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and databases

Salary will be determined based on interview and experience in the interval of 400-600 AZN
