Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Retail Sales at Music Gallery brand owned by AGA Group . As a Head of Retail Sales , you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our retail sales team. This includes supervising and motivating the sales team, setting and achieving sales targets, handling customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and maintaining a high level of customer service. Managing opening of a new shops.
