We’re Hiring: Payroll and HR Consultant

Location: Baku, Azerbaijan Employment

Type: Full-time

We are looking for a Payroll and HR Specialist to join our growing team and support a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple industries.

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and motivated professional who is eager to deepen their expertise in a dynamic audit and advisory environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processes across multiple client accounts;
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll calculation in accordance with Azerbaijani labor and tax legislation;
  • Maintain and update data in the EMAS system, ensuring full compliance and accuracy;
  • Prepare and submit required reports to government authorities;
  • Support HR administrative tasks for clients, including onboarding, contract preparation, and personnel documentation;
  • Communicate with clients on payroll and HR matters in a professional and timely manner; Maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional ethics at all times

Requirements

  • Azerbaijani national;
  • Minimum 1-2 year of relevant experience in payroll processing.
  • Proven hands-on experience working with the EMAS system.
  • Previous experience in an audit, outsourcing, or advisory firm is highly preferred.
  • Strong command of Azerbaijani (native/proficient).
  • Intermediate or higher English proficiency.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work with multiple clients and manage deadlines effectively
