Job Title: HSE Officer

Role Synopsis: Pasha Construction LLC is looking for prospective candidates for a position of HSE Officer within Construction division.

Key Accountabilities:

• Monitoring and assessing hazardous and unsafe situations and developing measures to assure personnel safety.
• Ensure Contractor site activities are in compliance with Pasha Construction expectations and contract requirements through site inspections and audits.
• Inspection of personnel on adherence to safety rules and procedures
• Provide HSE Induction for recruited personnel and site visitors.
• Participating in section TBT every day .

Essential Criteria:

• A bachelor’s degree in a health, safety, or environmental field of study.
• At least 3 years recent and relevant experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of potentially hazardous materials or practices
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
• Strong planning & organizational skills
• Strong focus on problem solving, troubleshooting, solutions

Desirable Criteria:

• Certificate in occupational health and safety
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to effectively interface with personnel at all levels
