• Provide accurate information and assistance to callers.
• Record and report all relevant information in accordance with internal procedures.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all work-related information.
• Follow established procedures, instructions, and communication standards.
• Ensure professional communication and a high level of service at all times.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Azerbaijani, Russian, and English.
• Previous work experience is required.
• Willingness to work night shifts.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High level of responsibility, discipline, and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Professional attitude and ability to work under pressure.
